Delivery terms
Inquiries are dealt with successively according to date of receipt. The Otermans Groten Gallery produces "on demand", which means that we do not hold stock in a warehouse. We respond to each order individually, ordering the item(s) from our suppliers, and then checking, completing, assembling, packing and forwarding each order for shipment.
The goods remain the property of Otermans Groten Fine Art Gallery until full payment has been received.
Output forms and characteristics
All pictures, photographs and images shown on our website are weboptimized images that are intended to show the content of the particular image. Produced prints may show variations in matters such as brightness and contrast. It is possible that blurring, imperfections and/or water stains may be visible on photographic prints.
During digital restoration we aim to get the images as clear as possible, but we try to avoid over-restoration in order to stay close to the actual state of the drawing or photograph and its true character.
