A.E. „Dusty“ Durrant
A pair of South African Railways class 19B 4-8-2s were heading a passenger train over the Lootsberg route when seen at Rooihoogte – 24th May 1968. Nos. 1408 and 1402 had been built by Berliner Maschinenbau / Schwartzkopff in 1930 under works numbers 9834 and 9828 respectively.
